THE EVENT

For the first time South Florida is having a gospel event that will reach the tree major spoken languages in the region: English, Spanish and Portuguese with live presentations from Aline Barros, Jacobo Ramos, Worth Dying For and the founder and president of Comunidade Evangelica Internacional da Zona Sul, Apostle Marco Antonio Peixoto. He is coming to Florida to bring a challenging word for this precise moment in time.

Power Fest 2009 is happening in a very peculiar time in history when the nation is facing the greatest economical crises ever and this free event is here to bring hope and courage that is only found in Jesus Christ. Power Fest 2009 will take place at Mizner Park Amphitheater, the same location where on last year's event many people were set free from depression, suicidal spirit and oppression. At that time Apostle Marco Antonio Peixoto preached encouraged words which lead many to accept Jesus Christ into their lives.

The entire event is being planned and organized by CEIZS-Florida, under the leadership of Pastor Davila, who represents Pastor Marco Antonio here in the United States.

Pastor Davila and his Wife Pastor Kelly are both American citizens who immigrated to the United States 21 years ago seeking a better future, but what they found was much more than what they expected. They found the Jesus Christ thought a preaching of Apostle Marco Antonio Peixoto. Pastor Davila was the first saved born again Christian in the church of Boston, where they served for over 10 years and afterwards they were sent to begin the new extension of the CEIZS church here in Florida. “We believe that we are the harvest planted by American missionaries in the Brazilian soil in the beginning of the XX century and we are sowing back into this nation all the goodness and blessings that the Lord has imparted (bestowed) into our nation. We are like polished arrows in God's hand (Is 49:1-3).

Pastor Davila has the same DNA as his father in faith, Apostle Marco Antonio Peixoto, and he is preparing the event with great excellence knowing that it will become part of South Florida's history.
